Payments

Payments are accepted in any currency.

Installation payments is possible with Paypal or Klarna. If you need a personalized installment please contact me at piccolaofficinadellebambole@gmail.com

Shipping/Processing Time:

Every order will be processed in 3 working days. 

For installment payment, the order will be shipped after payment is complete.

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or transport.

Commissions

To request a commission, please email me at piccolaofficinadellebambole@gmail.com, explaining your idea and attaching some reference images, if you have any.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I'm not comfortable with it. A quote and deadline will be provided upon the request.

If the client accept, a 50% deposit will be required to begin work. The commission will be paid upon completion of the work and shipped upon full payment.

Returns & Exchange
